Five (5) or more years of experience working with international donor organizations or internationally funded projects in governance or capacity-building.

Three (3) or more years of experience working in program coordination or project management,with demonstrated experience in preparation and presentation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates

One (1) or more years of working experience with or supporting regulatory bodies or water operators.

Fluency in both English and Mongolian Languages.
