NIGERIA - PROJET REGIONAL WAPP NORTH CORE / DORSALE NORD
   Consultants must meet the following profile:
 Hold a university-level degree (Master’s Degree at least) in environmental sciences, social sciences, geography, socio-economics, or other relevant field;
 Have at least ten (10) years of general experience in management/evaluation of environmental and social aspects, including five (05) in development, monitoring, implementation and auditing of resettlement issues for populations affected by projects;
 Have participated in at least five (05) audit missions of the RAP of infrastructure projects over the last ten (10) years;
 Have carried out at least three (03) RAP audit missions for projects financed by the World Bank (WB), the African Development Bank (ADB) or other Multilateral Development Banks in the West African Region;
 Have experience in the preparation and/or implementation of Action and Resettlement Plans (RAP) for projects financed by the World Bank (WB), the African Development Bank (ADB) or other Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs).
