   • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in International Development, Environmental Policy, Water Resources Management, International Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the development and humanitarian sectors, with at least 5 years in strategic donor engagement or resource mobilization.
• Experience in donor mapping, resource mobilization strategies, and working with donors in fragile or conflict-affected settings.
• Previous work experience in Palestine and the water/environmental sectors is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with cross-cutting frameworks (e.g., Humanitarian-Development-Peace (HDP) Nexus and Water-Food-Energy (WFE) Nexus).
• Fluency in English and excellent report-writing skills.
