LAOS - Ministry of Justice
   1. Master’s degree in law required; PhD desirable
2. Strong organisational, drafting, and communication skills
3. Ability to facilitate interactive, cross-cultural learning
4. At least 7 years of experience in legal education or capacity building in the justice sector
5. Experience training adult learners, such as prosecutors or legal trainers
6. Expertise in legal reasoning and structured analysis methods (e.g., IRAC)
7. Practical knowledge of prosecutorial functions and requisition drafting
8. Experience developing case-based learning tools and legal training materials
9. Familiarity with legal education reform or ToT programmes in civil or socialist law systems is an advantage
10. Experience in Southeast Asia, particularly Laos, is an asset
11. Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
12. Proficiency in Lao or Thai is an asset
   English
