ANGOLA - MINISTRY OF ENERGY AND WATER (MINEA)
   (i) At least 10 years’ experience in Water Supply Design Projects, including at least two projects dedicated to water distribution networks and 1 project dedicated to bulk water supply systems;
(ii) At least years’ experience in Water Supply Projects Works Supervision including at least two projects dedicated to bulk water supply systems;
(iii) Experience with FIDIC Conditions of Contract;
(iv) Experience in construction projects in sub-Saharan developing countries;
(v) Experience in Environmental and Social Management Frameworks and Resettlement Policy Frameworks – ESMF/RPF, specifically with ESMP and HSP.
