   1. Tendering will be conducted through the EIB procurement procedures and is open to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the EIB’s Guide to Procurement.
2.A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased from May 5, 2025, by interested and eligible tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD 100 to the bank account provided below. The method of payment will be direct deposit. The tender document will be sent by electronic mail.
