Suite à l’évaluation des offres issues du Dossier d’Appel d’Offres (DAO) porté en référence pour l’ACQUISITION DES EQUIPEMENTS (MATERIELS ET LOGICIELS ELECTRIQUES) DE LA SOUS COMPOSANTE « APPUI INSTITUTIONNEL » du Projet de Modernisation et d’Extension des Réseaux de la SBEE (PROMER), et après Avis de Non Objection de la Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement (BOAD) suivant la lettre de référence DERN/DENG-2024L 5454 du 31 mai 2024, j’ai l’honneur de vous notifier l’infructuosité de l’appel à concurrence car aucune des offres n’est conforme au dossier.
