   L’auditeur s’entoure d’une équipe dotée des qualifications professionnelles appropriées et d’une expérience conforme aux normes de l’IFAC, en particulier aux normes internationales d’audit, ainsi que d’une expérience dans l'audit des comptes de projets comparables en taille et en complexité à ceux de l’Entité en question.
Le profil du cabinet de consultant :
 L’associé signataire du rapport doit être un expert-comptable diplômé et membre des associations professionnelles des Experts Comptables.
 Les personnels associés devront avoir une expérience dans les audits projets financés par les bailleurs publics français.
 Application de standards professionnels reconnus (IFAC, IDEAS, …)
