within the last ten (10) years, including the nature and value of
relevant contracts, as well as works in hand and contractually
committed;

Experience in Program Management comprising of
design reviews, ESIA/RAP reviews, Employer’s
Requirements reviews, procurement assistance, program
financial management and construction management for
two (2) programs with multiple contracts in the water
sector, within the last ten (10) years;

Experience in serving as the Engineer in two (2)
construction contracts with FIDIC General Conditions of
contract within the last ten years, similar in designs
contemplated for the Water Sanitation and Drainage
