   3. Les Soumissionnaires intéressés peuvent obtenir les Documents d’Appel d’Offres complets en Français en formulant une demande écrite à l’adresse mentionnée ci-dessus contre un paiement non remboursable de Trois millions cinq cent mille de Francs Guinéen (3.500 000 GNF) où reparti comme suit :
• Cinquante (50%) pourcent au compte N° 41 110 71 « Receveur Central du Trésor » ;
• Trente (30%) pourcent au compte N° 2011000 407 de 'Autorité de Régulation des marchés publics (ARMP) ouvert à la BCRG ;
• Vingt (20%) des produits de vente du DAOI reviennent à l’autorité contractante versé sur le compte orange money N° 611 41 23 17 à la Cellule de Passation des Marchés Publics du MAE.
