   L’auditeur s’entoure d’une équipe dotée des qualifications professionnelles appropriées et d’une expérience conforme aux normes de l’IFAC, en particulier aux normes internationales d’audit, ainsi que d’une expérience dans l'audit des comptes de projets comparables en taille et en complexité à ceux de l’Entité en question. En outre, l’équipe d'audit dans son ensemble
doit posséder :
• Une expérience en matière d’audit de programmes et projets d'aide au développement financés par des institutions et/ou des donateurs nationaux et/ou internationaux ;
• Une expérience en audit de passation de marchés et en audit technique ;
• Une connaissance suffisante des lois, réglementations et normes en la matière dans le pays concerné serait un
atout ; cela inclut notamment les réglementations relatives à la fiscalité, à la sécurité sociale et à l’emploi, à la
comptabilité et aux systèmes d'information comptable, à la passation des marchés ;
• Une parfaite maîtrise du français (ou autre langue officielle du pays) ;
• Une expérience en audit dans le secteur d’activité du Projet /Programme.
