   Les exigences en matière de qualifications sont :
- être une entreprise spécialisée dans le secteur de l’alimentation en eau potable ;
- capacité financière : Le Candidat doit fournir la preuve qu’il a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires moyen au cours des trois dernières années (2021, 2020, 2019) au moins égal à trois milliards (3 000 000 000) de francs F CFA ; et qu’il dispose d’une ligne de crédit de six-cent millions (600.000.000) de Francs CFA ;
- Fournir les états financiers des trois (03) dernières années (2021, 2020 et 2019), certifiés par un expert-comptable agréé ;
- capacité technique et expérience : Le Candidat doit prouver qu’il a réalisé au cours des cinq (05) dernières années (2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 et 2018) au moins deux (02) marchés de travaux de nature et volume similaires, de consistance et de complexité analogues ou supérieurs ) d’une valeur minimum de 2 000 000 000 FCFA HT/HD pour chaque marché;
- satisfaire aux conditions de qualification définies dans les Données Particulières d’Appel d’Offres (DPAO).
