   Être un bureau d'étude ou cabinet, doté d'une expérience avérée d'au moins 5 ans : statut ou agrément du Ministère de l’Environnement et du Développement Durable (MEDD) en cours de validité pour les entreprises sénégalaises, ou tout autre document à fournir pour les entreprises non sénégalaises justifiant leur habilitation dans le domaine :
• Être un bureau d'étude doté d'une expérience avérée d'au moins 5 (cinq) ans dans l’évaluation Environnementale et Sociale (EIES, PGES, AEI, PEPP) ; (30 points, 6 points / année) ;

• Avoir au moins cinq (5) références confirmées dans l'élaboration d’EIES et PEPP de projets. (30 points) (6 points / référence) fournir attestations de bonne exécution ;

• Avoir au moins Cinq (5) références dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi de PGES et PEPP de projets (40 points) (8 points / référence).
