   Qualification du candidat dans le domaine des prestations notamment les références concernant l’exécution d’au moins trois (3) marchés analogues (15 points/ marché) (l’expérience du candidat devra être justifiée, pour chaque projet cité, par des Attestations de Bonne Exécution (ABE) des prestations de nature, envergure ou complexité similaire délivrées par des Maîtres d’Ouvrages (Etat et ses démembrements, Organismes internationaux et ONG), terminées au cours des cinq dernières années, comprenant notamment description et montant des prestations, durée d’exécution et type d’expertise fournie).
