1)La qualification du candidat dans l’évaluation des projets et programmes de développement sur financement extérieur ;

2)L’expérience d’évaluation de projets multi-bailleurs dans le domaine agricole ;

3)L’expérience de projets multi-acteurs avec financement en cascade ;

4)Le contexte géographique : en Afrique de l’ouest et en particulier au Burkina Faso ;

5)Pour les candidats étrangers, le Client examinera également la pertinence des Manifestations d’Intérêt au regard de la relation avec un correspondant(s)/partenaire(s) local(aux).
