 expérience générale :être un laboratoire d’études de sol ayant 10 ans d’exépérience dans le domaine. de la géotechnique (15 points),
 expériences spécifiques :avaoir réalisé des études géotechniques de fondation de batiments similaires (75 points),
 capacités techniques et de gestion : statut, organisation technique et managériale du consultant, ressources humaines (personnel permanent mis à la disposition du projet et personnel d’appui), moyens matériel et logistique (10 points).
