• Doté d'une expérience avérée d'au moins 5 (Cinq) ans dans l’élaboration d’études Sociales (PAR, PSR, Plan de développement, ou autres études sociales, avec des volets gestion risques des conflits, accompagnement social, etc.) (40 points soit 8 points/année) ;
• Avoir au moins cinq (5) références confirmées dans l'élaboration d’étude Sociales (risques des conflits, accompagnement social, etc.) portant sur des projets Energie (30 points soit 6 points/référence).
