   Capacité financière
• Le Soumissionnaire doit fournir la preuve écrite qu’il satisfait aux exigences ci-après :
Disposer de liquidités et/ou de facilités de crédit auprès d’une banque pour un montant :
• Lot n°1 : deux (2) fois le montant de son offre ;
• Lotn°2 : une (1) fois le montant de son offre ;
• Lot n°3 : deux (2) fois le montant de son offre ;
• Lot n°4 : une fois (1) fois le montant de son offre ;
• Lotn°5 : deux (2) fois le montant de son offre
Capacité technique et expérience
Le Soumissionnaire doit prouver, documentation à l’appui qu’il satisfait aux exigences de capacité technique ci-après :
• Il a eu à exécuter au cours des trois (03) dernières années (2018, 2019 et 2020) des marchés de fournitures dont le montant cumulé équivaut au double du montant de l’offre pour le lot auquel il a soumissionné ;
• Il doit apporter la preuve qu’il a réalisé avec succès deux (02) marchés pour des fournitures similaires au cours des cinq (05) années précédentes pour le lot auquel il a soumissionné et dont le montant cumulé équivaut au moins à 1.5 fois le montant de son offre pour ce lot.
