• qualification académique du Consultant : 15 points ;
• expérience professionnelle générale dans le domaine du suivi-évaluation : 50 points ;
• expérience spécifique dans le suivi des activités des projets ou programmes financés par
les bailleurs de fonds internationaux : 20 points ;
• expérience spécifique en finance inclusive : 15 points.
