   • At least 10 years of experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure or commercial real estate projects.
• Successful completion of a minimum of two (2) similar projects (multi-level car parks, airports, commercial complexes, or mixed-use facilities) within the last 10 years.
• Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years, showing an average annual turnover of not less than GHS216,000,000.00, derived from construction activities and reflected in the audited accounts.
• A legally binding agreement in case of a joint venture or consortium.
• Evidence of technical capacity, including key personnel, equipment, and design-build capability.
