   Expérience dans des missions de contrôle technique portant sur des projets d’infrastructures d’un montant supérieur à 7 millions d’euros, incluant :

Contrôle technique des études et des travaux,

Vérification de la conformité aux normes,

Délivrance d’attestations de conformité,

Engagement de la garantie décennale.

Compétences techniques mobilisées : Disponibilité d’experts dans le domaine du contrôle technique appliqué aux infrastructures sportives et culturelles.

Certifications obligatoires :

ISO 9001 (qualité),

ISO 14001 (environnement) ou certification sociale équivalente (appréciée mais non obligatoire).

Expérience géographique pertinente :

Références démontrées en Mauritanie ou dans la sous-région (Afrique subsaharienne/Sahel).

Enjeux Environnementaux & Sociaux :

Intégration des dimensions E&S dans les missions antérieures.

Conditions d’éligibilité AFD :

Respect des dispositions de l’article 1.3 des Directives AFD pour la passation des marchés.

Non-éligibilité en cas de conflit d’intérêt, sanctions, ou non-conformité aux exigences d’intégrité (déclaration signée à fournir).
