The Service Project Is A Document That Seizes The Collective Public Transport Service Of The City Based On The Needs To Be Met And The Demand For Transport. It Is Also The Subject Of The Contract The Drafting Of The Technical Specifications Necessary To Bid A New Concession Of Services Or The Alternative Formula That Is Agreed On The Basis Of The Validated Public Service Project. In Addition, The Following Documents Must Be Incorporated: Demand Study Economic And Efficiency Viability Study Cost Structure The Area Of Action Is The Municipal Term Of Lleida Where The Urban Transport Service Is Currently Provided, Without Prejudice To The Need To Take Into Account The Area Of Influence Of Lleida.
