Kontrakten omfatter asfaltarbeider på Europa og Riksveger i Vestfold og nedre Telemark fylke.
En oversikt over strekninger finnes i programmet PMS.
I kontakten skal det reasfalteres ca 252 tusen m2 asfalt, fordelt på 72 punkter med hvorav 13 punkter har egenskapskrav.
