Konkurransen gjelder levering av  2 stk. krokbiler inkl. serviceavtale i garantitiden. Det inngår opsjon på forlengelse av serviceavtalen i til sammen 7 år.
Begge bilene skal benytte komprimert biogass som drivstoff.
