   9. Qualification criteria are as follows:
a) The contractor must have a valid registered in the Israeli contractor’s association, with a ((ג5 classification according to local rules and regulations. And/or similar international construction companies and similar qualification characteristics for the international or other companies.
b) The contractor must have a valid TAX RECORD.
c) Contracting Company’s C.V. including experience in similar projects.
