National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP)
National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) operates in Saudi Arabia.
The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) is the driving force behind Saudi Arabia’s Private Sector Participation (PSP) ecosystem. Established in 2017 by a Council of Ministers resolution, the NCP reports directly to the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA). The Center plays a vital role in developing world-class public infrastructure and services, contributing to the Kingdom's sustainable development goals in line with Vision 2030.
As a key orchestrator in the PSP ecosystem, NCP brings together public and private stakeholders, alongside central government decision-makers, to unlock the full potential of the private sector in PSP projects. This collaborative approach leverages private sector expertise to successfully deliver impactful public-private partnerships (PPPs) projects.
We identify priority sectors and assets, develop appealing investment opportunities, and ensure these initiatives deliver measurable economic, social, and fiscal benefits.
