   1. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in law, public administration, judicial reform, or related field
2. Strong legal analysis and drafting skills
3. Proven ability to facilitate consultations with judicial and prosecutorial actors
4. Minimum 7 years’ experience in the justice sector (court/prosecutorial admin, judicial reform, or admin law)
5. Experience working with or in administrative courts or prosecution services
6. Experience conducting legal assessments, mappings, or institutional reviews
7. Skilled in facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops or legal training
8. Experience in Southeast Asia or civil law jurisdictions
9. Familiarity with the legal and institutional context of Lao PDR (asset)
10. Excellent command of written and spoken English
11. Experience under judicial capacity building or reform projects (preferable)
12. Ability to adapt to cross-cultural environments and local legal systems
   English
