1 Are there any drawings to be referred? As tenderer requested to present work methodology to carry out the role as construction supervision consultant. The Drawing will be avail to winning Consultant if required.
2 Would you please provide more detail information regarding the building? At least but not limited to Gross Floor Area (GFA), structure (concrete or steel structure?), type of foundation, numbers of floors, etc. The Drawing will be avail to winning Consultant if required.

Kindly follow the requirement provided in the TOR in RFP Document.
3 Refer to the Scope of Works (SoW) in the RFP, “Review of Design Result” is included in the SOW. Will the design for all disciplines be available at the initial stage of the construction? Ideally, all disciplines are available to be reviewed/super imposed at the initial stage of the construction. This will benefit the client to avoid clash between disciplines on construction period which may impacting the cost. Yes, the design for all disciplines is available at the initial stage of the construction.
4 Additionally, the number of man-months for (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing Engineer) MEP engineer is determined on 3 man-months. We assumed that this deployment will be at 3 months before construction completion, then who will be responsible to the design review at the initial stage in term of constructability? Same question with the architect. The Consultant will be responsible to the design review.

Kindly follow the requirement provided in the ToR of issued RFP.
5 Refer to the SoW on construction stage, consultant also must evaluate, control, review, and approved the physical construction implementation in the aspect of Occupational Health and Safety. However, there is no OHSE role in the list of experts. Can tenderer add more role on top of listed in the RFP document? It is advisable for the Consultant to follow the requirement provided in the ToR of issued RFP.

Idealmente, dixiplina hotu-hotu disponivel atu hetan revizaun/impoin iha faze inisiu konstrusaun nian. Ida-ne'e sei fó benefísiu ba kliente atu evita konfrontu entre dixiplina sira iha períodu konstrusaun ne'ebé bele fó impaktu ba kustu. Sim, dezeñu ba dixiplina hotu-hotu disponivel iha faze inisiu konstrusaun nian.
4 Adisionalmente, númeru man-months ba Enjeñeiru MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing Engineer) determinadu iha man months 3.
