   1. Professional academic training in Social, Health or Economic Sciences.
2. Diploma in Project Formulation.
3. Minimum experience of 2 years, in search and capture of financial resources for non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
4. Professional experience, at least, of 2 years in design and implementation of Projects, with emphasis on social projects.
5. Work experience with interdisciplinary and multisectoral teams.
6. Proficiency in the Spanish and English languages (oral and written).
7. Experience in programming, organization and facilitation of activities (workshops, trainings, work tables, among others).
8. Management of basic Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and of tools for planning and monitoring projects, social networks, among others that contribute to the optimal performance of the functions and the quality of the generated documents
