II.1.3) Conditions to be fulfilled by suppliers, contractors or service
providers in view of their qualification and methods according to which
each of those conditions will be verified: Registration on the Small
Contracts Scheme constitutes the basis for tender list preparation in the
code categories listed in 2.1.2 above. Registration may be achieved in
the following way:
Completion of the Small Contracts Scheme questionnaire online via
www.achilles.com, including completion and sign-off of a formal
declaration of the applicant's bona fides.
Payment of the appropriate registration fee.
Vendors registering on the Small Contracts Scheme will be subject to an
annual contribution payment of 195 EUR (plus VAT where applicable)
payable in advance.
Suppliers, service providers or contractors who have already registered
on Supply-Line need not reapply at this time, as they are automatically
included for consideration in the Small Contracts Scheme. However, they
should ensure that they are registered for the appropriate codes listed
in 2.1.2 above.
Vendors requiring further information and application forms for
membership of the Small Contracts Scheme are invited to contact Achilles

voluntary basis to inform the market place that Iarnród Éireann-Irish
Rail, Infrastructure and New Works Division is using the Small Contracts
Scheme operated by Achilles Procurement Services for the sourcing of
contractors and service providers for tender lists for contracts below
the value of the European Thresholds, without further notices being
published.
Companies already registered on Supply-Line/Small Contracts Scheme need
not re-apply but should ensure their registrations are up-to-date and
comprehensive. They should also note that the list of
supplies/works/services to be used in this scheme has been amended to
accommodate additional codes.
The Small Contracts Scheme is also used by Dublin Port Company (Port
Centre, Alexandra Road, Dublin 1, Ireland). Suppliers registered will be

Iarnród Éireann-Irish Rail, Infrastructure and New Works Division may use
