Expressions of Interest
This request for expressions of interest follows the general procurement notice for this project that will appeare in Development Business No. 633 of June 30, 2004.
The Jamaica Social Investment Fund has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the National Community Development Project Baseline Survey.
The services include the necessary activities to measure and determine the baseline within the context of the NCDP. This baseline will be used for the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the NCDP. The baseline will cover both the impact of sub-projects as well as the performance of the JSIF as the implementing agency for the NCDP.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
