technical assistance project aimed at the support to customs reform. The
supply is mainly composed of IT equipment - 2/3Q 2004.
Education enhancement programme (EEP) - 1 000 school laboratories -
Providing 1 000 schools with computer laboratories to enhance the
efficiency and effectiveness of IT utilisation in basic education - 3Q
2004.
Support to the health sector reform programme (HSRP) - Equipment of
NODCAR - Undertake institutions restructuring to strengthen Ministry of
Health and Population (MoHP), and Health Insurance Organization (HIO)
strategic policy-making, monitoring and regulatory role. Establish
Egyptian Drugs Authority.
