II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The scope of this arrangement will
include the following as an overview: provision of a call center;
day-to-day responsive repairs of all trades including an out of hours
emergency call out service, void property repairs and other ad-hoc work
packages that may arise. There may also be a requirement to provide
project management to cyclical maintenance works. This partnership will
include the transfer of the current in-house team to the selected partner
under TUPE. It is the intention of the council to issue on output
specification within the tender documentation for the interested
organizations to respond to.
II.2.2) Options. Description and time when they may be exercised:
Partnership duration will be a minimum period of five years, with options
to extend beyond this, subject to satisfactory performance, at the
discretion of the council.
