II.2) Quantity or scope of the contract
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope (including all lots and options, if
applicable): Cleaning and upkeep of the Commission's offices, public
areas, kitchens and toilets situated at four floors on approximately 3
000 m². Tasks shall include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing of
floors, polishing, window washing, dusting of equipment, furniture or
fixtures, emptying of waste receptacles and removing of rubbish, cleaning
and servicing toilets, and supply of all necessary consumable items and
cleaning materials.

exercised (if possible): As soon as the contract is awarded.
II.3) Duration of the contract or time-limit for completion: Period in
months: 60 (from the award of the contract).

Balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for at least the last two
years for which accounts have been closed.

list of the principal services provided and supplies delivered in the

satisfactory performance.
