- Certificate privind îndeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale, precum si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale de stat (formulare tip, eliberate de autoritatile competente din tara în care ofertantul este rezident), în termen de valabilitate.
- Cazier fiscal al ofertantului, emis de Autoritatea competenta din tara de origine a acestuia, în termen de valabilitate
