Note: Specification: Hiring of Hostel /Accommodation: All rooms must be furnished with the following additional facilities:-
i. Air-conditioning and heating systems,
ii. Attached bat rooms with hot and cold water,
iii. Internet,
iv. Telephone,
v. TV Lounge,
vi. Cooking and Dining facilities, and
vii. Pure drinking water facility, etc.

Pakistan Institute of Trade and Development (PITAD) invites sealed tenders from income tax/sales tax registered guest houses/hotels/ house owners to provide residential facility, comprising 16-18 rooms, (on double occupancy basis) to 32 officers, joining PITAD for training, for a period starting from 10th of October, 2010 and ending on 31st of July, 2011.
Terms & Conditions
1. All bids must accompany Bank Draft(s)/Pay Orders @ 3% of the bid money as bid security in favour of Pakistan Institute of Trade and Development, Islamabad.
2. Tenders indicating “Tender for Hostel” on the envelope(s) should reach the undersigned in sealed cover(s) latest by 18-9-2010 before 04:00 pm. Tender will be opened on 25-09-2010 at 11:30 am by the Purchase Committee of PITAD in the presence of bidder(s) who would be present in the office.
3. G.S.T. and all other taxes will be the responsibility of the service provider.
4. Successful bidder will enter into a formal written contract with the PITAD, containing all the detailed Terms & Conditions.
5. Purchase Committee of PITAD reserves the right to accept/reject any tender according to PPRA rules.
6. Detailed Terms & Conditions can be had from the undersigned on Monday to Friday between 10: am to 2:00 p.m.
