Inspection on any day from 16th August to 15th September 2010, by prior appointment, Sealed Offers should reach the under mentioned address on the prescribed Offer Form, on or before 15th September 2010 at 4.15 pm, indicating on the top left-hand corner of the envelope "Offer For Land At Narahenpita". Terms & Conditions and offer forms could be collected at ^-under mentioned address, on payment of a Non-Refundable Fee Rs 500/-, an additional refundable deposit of 10% of offer value must also be paid with each offer.
