Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is formed to enhance global competitiveness in Punjab, through a quality and productive workforce by developing demand driven, standardized, dynamic and integrated technical education and vocational training service.
TEVTA intends to enhance the education delivery experience by establishing Tele Presence Educational System at its IT Learning Labs throughout the Punjab and invites sealed bids from the Sales Tax Registered Firms with NTN Number for the Supply & Installation of 10 Tele Presence Solutions in Labs in Punjab.
1. Tender documents for further details may be purchased from TEVTA accounts office for Rs. 5,000/-, 2. Tender documents would only be issued against official request on company letter head. NTN and GST certificates must be provided with the request. 3. Sealed bids should reach the TEVTA office on or before 20 September, 2010 12:00 hours which will be opened on the same day at 02:00 pm in the presence of the bidders/ representatives. 4. Earnest Money @ 5% of the total bid amount of tender in the form of Pay Order/ Demand Draft favoring Chairman TEVTA must be attached with the tender failing which tender will not be considered, which will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder within seven days. 5. Tender type would be two stages and two envelops. 6. TEVTA reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reasons what so ever.
