This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement is for the purchase of Enterprise Password Manager for the Sustainment Branch for the United States Army Medical Information Technology Center (USAMITC). This is an intention to Sole Source to limited sources. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-43 effective 02 Aug 2010) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20100820. FAR 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition. WAWF procedures also apply. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, applies. Technical capability will be evaluated by how well the proposed product meets the government requirement instead of predetermined sub-factors. Evaluation Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offeror who has the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. It is the offerors responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The delivery date of these items is 30 days after receipt of Order (DARO), FOB Destination, Ft. Sam Houston, TX.
The NAICS Code is 511210 the size standard is $25 Million. The type contract anticipated is firm-fixed price. A due date of offers will be 12:00 PM, Central Time, 19 Sept 10.
