The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Language Services Section (LSS), Language Training and Certification Unit (LTCU), intends to issue multiple award Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Foreign Language/Interpretation/Translation training services.
This is a combined synopsis for commercial items soliciation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is RFP 323998, and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-43. This solicitation is partial small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 6311630. Size Standard: $7.0 M. Quotations are being solicited and a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
