NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Ext JS JavaScript toolkit training INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, based no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Sencha Inc. 525 University Ave. Suite #23 Palo Alto, CA 94301 USA for the training listed below: REQUIREMENTS Ext JS JavaScript toolkit training Ext JS is a cross-browser JavaScript library for building rich internet applications. It includes: " High performance, customizable UI widgets " Well designed and extensible Component model " An intuitive, easy to use API 3 attendees - X101 JavaScript and CSS Fundamentals 3 attendees - X201 Ext JS Fundamentals The contractor shall provide onsite training for Ext JS JavaScript toolkit. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 10 Sep 2010, 0900 AM EST by email to andrea.blakelock@va.gov (Point of Contact).
