The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox is conducting market research for the following requirement: Professional and Support Services (PaSS) for Office of the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD)

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of contractors who can support this requirement as a prime contractor. Services would include, but are not limited to: Claims Processing; Inquiry Management Response Support; Contact Center Representative and Management Support; Administrative Services Support; Mail, Distribution, and Handling; Strategic Communications Support; Mobile Training and Support; Training Package Design and Deployment Support; Casualty Notification Support; Record Scanning and Processing; Soldier, Veteran, and Family Member Services and Referral Support; Casualty Notification Support Services; Data Entry and Payment Calculation.

This announcement is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine procurement strategy. Appropriate procurement strategy will be determined after consideration of industry response to this sources sought announcement. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this announcement.

1. A statement of interest in this requirement.
2. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities, past performance and experience information, including contacts, for contracts similar to the services listed above.
3. Company size: Small or large, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, Woman-owned, Service disabled veteran-owned.
4. Contact information, to include name, e-mail address, phone number, and fax number, as well as Cage Code of the company.
5. Teaming Arrangements: Anticipated teaming arrangements (delineate between work accomplished by prime and work accomplished by teaming partners)
