The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Acquisition Innovation - Frederick, Frederick, MD, in accordance with PL 109-461 and VAAR 819.70007, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Management Support Technology, Inc. (MSTI), 9990 Fairfax Boulevard, Suite 300, Fairfax, VA 22030 for litigation support services. These services will support well-defined record retrieval and dissemination tasks to support claims processing related to a specific decision resulting from a Court order. The period of performance is 12 months with one 6-month option period. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
