UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: The US Government currently utilizes a land lease/jump zone in Zephyrhills, FL. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for that location based on mission of the agency and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. LOCATION: Zephyrhills, FL REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet the Government fire/safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be 60 months.
