Sa nu se afle în nici una din situatiile prevazute de art. 180 si art. 181 din OUG nr. 34/2006. (se va completa Declaratia privind eligibilitatea, declaratia privind inexistenta starii de faliment, sa aiba îndeplinite obligatiile exigibile de plata catre Bugetul consolidat de Stat si catre Bugetul Local de la sediul ofertantului, prezentând în acest sens certificate constatatoare eliberate de institutiile abilitate, eliberate cu cel mult 30 de zile înainte de data deschiderii ofertelor)
