Within the preparation to launch Muscat Festival 2011, Muscat Municipality would like to invite specialized companies to participate in the following public Tender:-

Above Tenders & Bidding documents can be obtained on Monday 06.09.2010 from the Directorate General of Administration and Financial Affairs. Directorate of Purchases and Contracts, first floor. Muscat Municipality. Darsait, during office hours from 8.00 am to 1:00 pm against payment of the non-refundable fees specified above.
Document should be submitted in closed envelope, sealed with red wax. indicating the number of the Tender, addressed to the Head of Purchases & Internal Tenders Committee. The offer should be deposited in the tender box. at Muscat Municipality's head office, latest by 10:00 am on the specified last date of submission. Any tender submitted after this time will be disqualified.
Muscat Municipality is not obliged to accept the highest or the lowest offer.
