It's required to obtain a building on rent or lease to maintain as a hostel for the officers at our Head Office, Dehiwala. This building should fulfill following requirements. a) Should be a building duly approved by the relevant local authority b) The area should be around 2000 sqft. c) Number of rooms should be three or more d) should have a bathroom / toilet inside e) should have a bathroom / toilet outside f) should have tap water. Electricity, telephone facilities g) should have parking space for at least for two vehicles Security fence / wall h) should be located within the Dehiwala Municipal limits or nearby area. Quotations together with the deeds of the premises enclosed in an envelope marked "Quotations to obtain a building for a Hostel" on the top left hand corner, should be submitted at or before 3.00 p.m. on 16.09.2010 to the following address.
