It's required to obtain a building that fulfils following requirements on rent or lease for our Gampaha Regional Office. a) Should be a building duly approved by the relevant local authority b) Should have an area around 2500 sqft. c) Number of rooms should be five or more d) Should have two bathrooms / toilets inside e) Should have one bathroom / toilet outside f) Should have tap water, electricity, telephone facilities g) Distance from a main road should not be more than) 200m (Buildings within the Gampaha town limits i) will be preferred) j) Should have parking space / garage k) Should have Security fence / wall Priority will be accorded to a two storey building with separate entrances. Quotations together with copies of deeds of the premises enclosed in an envelope marked "Quotations for Gampaha Regional Office" on the top left hand corner, could either be sent by registered post or delivered to the following address to be received at or before 3.00 p.m. on 16.09.2010.
