By virtue of authority granted to me by the case No. 149/09/M.B. of Mt. Lavinia district court, the valuable land, 10.625 perches in extent bearing assessment No. 18 and situated at P. T. Silva Mawatha, Dehiwala, will be sold by public auction by me at the very spot, on 24th September 201 Oat 10.00 p.m. onward. Access to the land In the direction from Colombo to Galle, at the Galle Rd, near the Dehiwala flyover, turn to the right along the road leading to Railway station and then turn to the left and proved along P. T. Silva Mawatha, After passing about 200 meter along this road, by turning to the left, this land hearing assessment No. 18 can be reached. Mode of payment The successful purchaser-should pay the following amounts in cash to the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer. 1) Twenty five percent (25%) of the purchase price. 2) One percent(01%) as local authority tax. 3) Two decimal five percent (2,5%) as the auctioneer's commission. 4) Notary's attestations fees of Rs 2000/- 5) Clerk's & Crier's wages Rs. 500/- 6) Total costs of Advertising incurred on the sale. 7) The balance seventy five percent (75%) of the purchase price should be deposited with the district court of Mt. Lavinia within 30 days from the date of sale. With regarding to the title deeds and other connected details could be obtained from the following officers.
