b)certificat de atestare fiscala privind obligatiile de plata la bugetul de stat, bugetul asigurarilor sociale de sanatate, fondul de pensii si fondul de somaj, în original sau copie legalizata, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor;
c) certificat privind taxele si impozitele local, ,în original sau copie legalizata, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor;
d)certificat de înregistrare, in copie legalizata;
e)certificat constatator, emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, in original sau copie legalizata;

b) Produsul va fi însotit de declaratie de conformitate si buletine de analiza emise de un laborator specializat, neutru, recunoscut în oricare din statele membre ale Uniunii Europene, cu parametrii mentionati în caietul de sarcini
c) o lista a principalelor livrari de produse efectuate in ultimii 3 ani, continand valori, perioade de livrare, beneficiari, indiferent daca acestia din urma sunt autoritati contractante sau clienti privati. ;
d) informatii referitoare la utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele tehnice de care poate dispune operatorul economic pentru indeplinirea corespunzatoare a contractului.
